Data-broker disclosures

The Early Watch collects public records about property and about the people named in those records. Where a state treats this as data brokering we register accordingly, and we honour the rights below for everyone, whichever state you live in.

Who you are contracting with

This service is operated by The Early Watch. Questions about these terms go to hello@theearlywatch.com, and we answer within one business day.

If you are a property owner

You may be here because your name appears in one of these records. You can ask us to suppress your contact details at any time by emailing privacy@theearlywatch.com — no account needed, and we will confirm when it is done.

Your rights

• Know: ask for a copy of what we hold that references you (privacy@theearlywatch.com).
• Delete/suppress: request suppression of your contact information from skip-trace results; property records themselves remain public documents held by counties.
• Correct: dispute inaccurate merged data and we will re-verify against the source.

Sources

County clerks of court, tax collectors, property appraisers, and code-enforcement systems; commercial identity providers for contact enrichment. Every displayed record carries its source and case number.

Do-not-call

Skip-trace results flag numbers on the federal DNC registry and label line types. Compliance with telemarketing law remains the caller's responsibility.
